Liz has been involved in aquatic sports her whole life. Liz competed as 

a national swimmer and achieved national honours. She competed in Masters for a 

few years and continues to pass down her expertise and experience to the next 

generation.

She has been certified by the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) at International Level 5 Age Group.
