Culture of SELF Discipline – parents need to assist The Academy with this.  Swimming is an equalizer! Millennial  entitlement will not produce qualifying times. Parents need to support swimmers in understanding this reality of life. The dedication needed, to better their times, and in this, bettering themselves. In bettering themselves, bettering the team, all the while, honouring their team and team mates.
